This policy explains how Jerzey Peddler LLC handles information in the Dupe Reaper iPhone app and on this website.

Dupe Reaper

We don't collect your data. Dupe Reaper has no accounts, ads or analytics, and it doesn't send your photos or information about them to us.

Photo access

With your permission, the app reads your photo library to find duplicates. All comparing happens on your device. You can change this permission at any time in your iPhone's Settings.

To compare a matching photo, the app may ask iOS to download the original from your iCloud account to your device. That transfer is between your device and Apple.

Data stored on your device

To make later scans faster, the app saves small fingerprints of your photos on your device, along with each photo's system identifier and dimensions. These aren't sent to us. Deleting the app removes them.

Deleting photos

Photos are only deleted after you confirm in the iOS prompt. They then move to Recently Deleted, which iOS manages. If you use iCloud Photos, deletions apply across your devices.

This website

This site doesn't use cookies or analytics. Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, to run and protect the service.

If you contact us

If you email us, we'll use your email address and message to reply. We don't sell this information.

Children

Dupe Reaper isn't directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here and update the effective date.
